  • Gift Cards: Eleni Avenue offers e-gift cards that can be used for purchases on the Site. E-gift cards are valid for one year from issuance and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to the United States and Canada, with delivery times varying by location and shipping method. Some products ship from Germany to the U.S., while others ship from within the U.S. The product details will indicate the shipping origin for each item.
  • Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are not included in product prices.
